Mamotreto Wilfred

This machine was made out of lots of broken bike bits and wood. Together they played 5 instruments (guitar, tambor, clarinette and two invented instruments) and animated 6 sculptures (made of wicker).
The machine is activated by pedaling a static bycicle.
The piece is an ode to life. and a metaphore of some basic concepts of Quantum Mechanics.
The piece was exhibited in June 2017 in Wick Woodland. The exhibition was called Locus Solus.
